Grimaldi's is an award-winning American coal-fired brick oven pizzeria creating distinctive and truly authentic pizza and calzones baked to perfection with a unique flavour, crisp crust, and tantalising aroma. With over 100 years of coal red brick-oven pizza-making traditions, Grimaldi’s ensures that future generations are able to experience their distinctive and truly authentic pizza.

In the world of pizza, Grimaldi’s is an institution. Its fresh ingredients, handmade mozzarella, ‘secret recipe’ dough and pizza sauce make it the most award-winning pizzeria in the United States. Coal-fired brick oven cooking gives the pizza a unique smoky flavour and a crisp crust that is just not possible with gas, convection, or wood oven.

In 2017, the Tablez group partnered up with Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, and brought down the legendary pizzeria to the UAE. In yet another first for the Tablez group, this was the first Grimaldi’s outlet to have opened outside the US.

The future looks promising too, with Tablez planning to launch five of Grimaldi’s outlets within the next five years.
